Growing Up Daily is a free web application that provides daily conversation starters and educational discussion topics for parents and caregivers to use with children ages 5 to 18. It is a tool to facilitate family conversations — not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, educational, or legal advice.

Some lessons cover sensitive topics including puberty, mental health, body safety, grief, and online safety. These are flagged within the app. Parents and caregivers are responsible for determining whether specific content is appropriate for their child at any given time.

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial family use. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from the content without written permission from Growing Up Daily LLC.
Growing Up Daily includes links to external websites (NHS, NSPCC, Young Minds, etc.) as educational resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those websites.
