Growing Up Daily is a free web application that provides daily conversation starters and educational discussion prompts designed for parents and caregivers to use with children ages 5 to 18. It is intended as a tool to facilitate family conversations. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, educational, therapeutic, or legal advice of any kind.
The content provided through Growing Up Daily is for general informational and conversational purposes only. Nothing in this Service constitutes medical advice, psychological or therapeutic advice, educational recommendations, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice.
The lesson content, conversation starters, factual summaries, and resource links are provided to help parents open conversations with their children. They are not clinical assessments, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
Always consult qualified, licensed professionals for concerns about your child's physical health, mental health, development, behavior, education, or legal situation. Growing Up Daily LLC expressly disclaims all liability for any harm, loss, injury, or damage of any kind arising from your use of or reliance on any content within the Service.
Some lessons address sensitive topics including puberty and physical development, mental health and emotional wellbeing, body safety and personal boundaries, grief and bereavement, divorce and family change, online safety, and substance awareness. These topics are age-appropriately flagged within the app. Parents and caregivers are solely responsible for determining whether specific lessons are appropriate for their child at any given time.

This app is not a crisis resource and is not monitored. Do not use it to seek emergency help.
Growing Up Daily is free to use. We do not charge for any features, past, present, or future. There is no premium tier, subscription, or in-app purchase. We have no plans to charge for the Service.
No registration or account is required. All user data (names, child information, notes, progress) is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage on your own device. We do not receive, store, or process your personal data on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Service is intended for use by adults (18 years of age or older) who are parents, guardians, or caregivers of children. By using the Service, you represent that you are an adult with legal authority to make decisions about the children in your care.
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The Service is designed for adult use only. Child information entered into the app (name, birth date, gender) is stored solely on the parent's or caregiver's own device and is never transmitted to us.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GROWING UP DAILY LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

If that fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Growing Up Daily LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
